I will try my hardest to keep you all updated on the training classes. I will try and take some pics with the digital camera. If I only knew how to do a web site up I would do one.

Congrats are in order Boyscout. You did what I couldn't.
You made a good choice with Airdrie. Awesome little bedroom community to Calgary. 10 minute drive down the deerfoot and you are in Calgary. Comparable houses in Calgary are $20,000 to $30,000 cheaper in Airdrie. Good investment too. Airdrie is anticipated to double to around 60,000 people by 2030 so your house will do nothing but appreciate. Good luck with the new career. CPS are run off their feet so you will have no shortage of work if you can even call what you are about to do a job! I would have probably done that job for free.

I drove out to Airdrie when I was there in Feb doing my interviews. Nice little drive from downtown, I am looking forward to moving out there. A couple of more weeks and I will be an Albertan. But a canuck fan always....

If you are over 40 you can probably expect that "special" exam. Under 40 no prob. However, don't hold me to that statement should you find yourself hobbling out of the doctors office! LOL

I have to go with guest on that one. Over 40, bend over.
I'm not 40 for a few more years....so there better not be any putting my ankles behind my ears!
I am leaving Victoria on June 1st. I should be there later that night. Don't know which ferry, hope to get the first one, but might have to leave a little later. Hope to have everything cleared up on the 31st, including the final medical.
I am a healthy boy!!

1st week down, 24 more to go. Good to have one under the belt. Having a blast. ;DAnd they say the first part is dry, all the book stuff. Can't wait for the fun stuff to begin. Lots of running, good though.
