Do you talk to the interviewer on a regualr basis? No I haven't been talking to him....At the end of my interview he gave me a list of things to improve upon...throughout this year I've been doing exactly that. Hope this answers your question

Hey Poster, Sounds like there's alot of paperwork to go through. Just got home and there is a notice from Canada Post that I've got a parcel to pick up. I hope this is the package. The unfortunate thing is I have to catch a 6:55am train and I'll be out of town until Mon. The suspense is gonna kill me. By the way, when are you suppose to send back the package? Mine came as a parcel from Canada Post too, it sounds like you're getting your package too =)
The application is due November 8th, so we've got a month to do it. They also require a trip to your physician and optomitrist...and a trip to do the PARE. I called one of the sites in Toronto, and am scheduled to bus over there on Oct 31st to run my PARE.
Happy Turkey Weekend to all, btw!

"A"Division rpat - May 04 pare- Aug 04 Selection Interview - Sept 04 (Passed) Security Interview- ?? I know we "A" division applicants are few and far between since Ottawa has it's own division, but I was wondering if there are any other A Divison Applicants out there who are past the point I'm at and can tell me about there timeline as everything seems a little different here (a bit quicker than average) however security Interview is apparently weeks after the Suitability. I have heard that Ottawa is very quick b/c they have alot of resources and are never back logged (we have a joke in ottawa that the RCMP are basically security guards here b/c all they do is guard embassies and diplomats, they don't even have the authority to write traffic tickets or make stops.... poor guys look pretty bored ALL the time) in acuality I'm sure A division is very busy given all there responsibilities. Thanks

I'm running my PARE in Toronto West as well. It's scheduled for October 31st, and you can get in touch with the person in charge of scheduling on that reference sheet that came along with your application package. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to give out locations on this forum...? Probably, but I'm not sure so I won't yet I guess I'll be seeing you there!

I'm sure you can give out locations on this board. I haven't seen a mod on this site since I started coming here. Not sure if they even maintain the site anymore... I'd post the location you're talking about, but I don't have my PARE info with me. Sorry
