Hi I am going to run my PARE soon, but I am not sure if I can pass it. Here is my preparation. Cardio: I can jog at 8.5 MPH for 4 minutes Weights: Chest press 70 pounds; seated row 85 pounds pec machine 40 pounds; lat pull down 70 pounds 100 situps. Leg press 100 pounds. Can anyone give some suggestion? Is it adequate to pass PARE? Thanks a lot

No problem, if you can do all that the PARE is will be easy for you. It is physically consuming but if you have any kind of stamina you will be fine. As a side note, don't mentally burn out before the PARE, its not a big deal. 80% of people that take it will be under 4 minutes......................JG

I did my PARE today. All I can say is do cardio, cardio and then some more. By the fourth lap I was starting to really feel it. I did it in 3:45.
