That would depend on what province you are in

Here in Nova Scotia for me I recieved a 4.03 on the RPAT and I recieved my package. Now mind you, Nova Scotia is probably the toughest province to apply out of and therefore applicants must score a very high mark. The first time I wrote, I myself, scored 3.98 and failed to recieve my package,

I heard here you can get a package with 3.75, but probably needs to wait half a year? Am I right?


Now I am really nervous now

It varies. Some people wait months and months, others only wait a few weeks for the package.
Personally, I recieved my package about 5-6 weeks after I wrote my RPAT and only about one week after I recieved my mark. I was running my PARE less then two months after writing my RPAT.
Following the PARE is where I really had to wait. Five months I waited until my interview. Now I am five months after my interview, background investigation complete and waiting to be sent to Depot.

I'm not sure how it works in F, but here in Ontario they do selection twice a year (April and October) so if you wrote in late April you wouldn't get a package until the next selection in October, even if you got a 5.0. It also depends on how well the other applicants did. They just take the top "X" number of scores so if a bunch of people did really well the score needed to get a package will be higher. I have a friend who scored a 3.90 two years ago and was highered. Another friend of mine wrote a 3.95 last may and didn't get a package for the October selection. The score needed to get a package varies for each selection but if you got over 4.10 there's a very good chance you'll get one.
