I am in the back ground stage of RCMP, what do they exactly look for when they do background investigation? Do they talk to my reference and former employers in person or over the phone? Do they check my high school history? Do they check my medical records? I have never in in trouble with the law or did any drugs, but I am so paranoid….

If you have nothing to hide, why the paranoia?
I didn't have anything to hide for mine and didn't worry at all about it.

I'm in the same position but my backgroung was supposed to be finished today. They visited EVERY employer I've had in the past 3 years, they spoke to high school and college teachers, and even dropped into my house. They'll talk to anyone about anything it seems.
