Do at least 30 minutes worth. So that is about 3 miles or so. Furthermore, about 4 times a week. J

Hey Jag, thanks for the congrats. I tried to PM you back but was unable to.
You must be finished or almost finished at Depot. Any advice?

also try conditioning your legs by running stairs... lots of them. I don't mean one of those setppers while watching tv eithor... find someplace with six flights or so and spend a good half hour every 2 days running full out up and down. It pays off when you get to depot... Pare is 1/2 pacing yourself and 1/2 beating the hell out of your legs.

Do you run the stairs at Depot in gym uniform or pants + shirt?

Do you run the stairs at Depot in gym uniform or pants + shirt? Both... usually it's pt gear but you'll do a couple uniforms runs which require fatigues, gunbelt and vest (but in runners and t-shirt).
