It's a tough job and not for everyone. People who are into policing won't just do this for money. They are dedicated and brave young men and women.
Go attend info session, contact your local PD to get more information. Your question is too vague...go do some research~
I remembered a man got scold by the recruiting "Don't come here and ask me for a job!Show me that this is your dream and show me your dedication" You don't want to give them this impression~Good luck anyway~

Seeing as how you spelled Beijing wrong, and cannot form sentences properly, I am not sure you are ready to work in law enforcement in Canada as your written and oral communication skills must be excellent. Also, you must be a Canadian citizen. Food for thought.

New person--
One of the first things you should perhaps do is "surf" the net a little bit and check out the polie department web sites. A lot of departments all over the world, including the US and Canada, have web sites. Most of these web sites also have recruiting information which may also include whether or not citizenship is required AND, some have their pay ranges posted too. Also typically included are the job benefits concerning vacation, sick leave, insurance, holiday & vacation information, etc.
IF your post is an accurate indicator concerning your English speaking skills, then I would encourage you to work on improving this skill. Without a doubt, as I am certain you'd understand, speaking and writing are probably one of the most important abilities a competent person MUST have in this profession to be successful! ;D
I am not familiar with what our Canadian friends may require for the job but again, I would encourage you to check out some of the police department web sites that are of interest to you.

"Also, you must be a Canadian citizen"
That's not necessarily true. In Ontario, you can get onto a police force as long as you're a permenent resident.
