Does anyone know of any financial institution that would give out a loan or line of credit with a low interest rate to a new recruit on the payroll? I need $9500.00 and do not currently qualify for student loans since I'm in repayment for my university loans. I have to pay the Justice Institute of BC by next week and I would appreciate any feedback...Thanks in advance...

I thought training at JIBC could be payed off out of your salary once you start working?

I have heard that a financial institution called City Financial has done this in the past......anyone else know about this?
