Does anyone know where I can get a typing certificate? I live in dowtown Toronto, so there must be plenty of places where I can get, I just don't know where to look.

Some may except a test that you do yourself. You can purchase a CD (software) from a computer store that have typing tests. You do the test and print out the results.
Check with the department first.
