Well nobody posted, so was I the only one who attended?
Ok, well you guys and gals missed a great presentation. It was held at the state police museum and had representatives from all the specialized departments from aviation to diving and their version of SWAT complete with all kinds of interesting equipment.
Also, the museum itself is filled with the history of the department, including original uniforms, equipment, and lots of great pictures.
Anyway, there was a ton of recruiting information, I completed an application and signed up for an information session about the hiring process.
I'll keep the board updated with my progress. Wish me luck.
BTW, I did the 1.5 mile run tonight in 11:00 flat. Not bad for someone who couldn't even finish the run last year.

Hey Lich,
Good luck with everything! Would have loved to attend the seminar, but Deleware is a long drive from Alberta.... ;D Sounds like a good force though.
