I doubt it, nothing wrong with enjoying a 6 pack every now and then.

I would agree with Bas. The question is to broad of a question to imply being an alcoholic. Not sure on where you are applying, but most psychological exams are not picked through question by question by the agency. The results of all your answers are presented on a scale. So if you answered in the positive to various alcohol questions, then this would give you a higher reading on an addictions/bad habits scale. And would warrant more one-on-one questioning by a psychologist. This is the same for depression. There will be questions where you will answer, true, because there are lots of things in life that can get a 'normal' person down (death in family, etc) So you would be a liar or a cold hearted person if you never got depressed and answered true to some of these questions. Now if you answer true to all the depression related questions, then it would be a visit to the psychologist. But be truthful...most psych exams have a truthfulness scale. You answer too many questions in a guarded fashion, then you will once again go visit the psychologist. It is assumed that 90-95% of the general population will answer specific questions a certian way (i.e. 'have you ever cried as an adult')...now most of us have..at a movie, friend passes away, hurt real bad, or whatever). So questions like this will determine if you are lying or being defensive. There is room for some of these questions to be answered in a way not expected.....because there are still 5-10% that won't respond like the general population....however no one is expected to answer the opposite way for the majority of the 'lie detecting' questions.

all the questions are added and scored. That was one of many alcohol related questions which would be put together to get an idea of your drinking habits. I wouldn't worry too much as long as the other questiond show that you are a responsible drinker...
