Hey RJB2003,
I just wrote the RPAT and the other test on Wednesday. They gave us 45 minutes to complete the second test, but it really only takes 25-30 minutes. You are right , though, you can't over-think the questions. All you can do is answer them as truthfully as possible. I think that you would get yourself into trouble if you start to guess what they are looking for in a response.
I am coustiously confident with how the test went. I know that I did better in some sections than others. I guess I will have to start the whole "waiting game" that all of the other members here have talked about so much. Hopefully my results will come sooner than later.

Jamjam.. yeah it is a waiting game. Luckily I already did the medical (which is good until next year) and the security interview for my Enhanced Reliability Clearence for the RCMP Summer Student Program, hopefully this will be of benefit with my process. At Depot while talking about the additional test the recruiter stated that one applicant was ranked #63 for the RPAT, but when the score of the Agree/Disagree test was factored in he was around #25.. so not too shabby... unless you get bumped from #25 to #63 and the cutoff is #50.. but no worries buddy.
