First of all, I would like to thank everyone on here for being so helpful and supportive to each other. This profession is notoriously competitive, and we need to help each other as much as we can. (As funny as that sounds) I have one last question that needs to be answered before I am 100% confident that I am ready for the APCAT. Will there be any math questions, vocabulary, correct-this-sentence, or anything like that on the test? I really need to know this, as I am a terrible math student and I would like to be sure of my skills. As far as English goes, I think I have that mostly mastered, but it's always nice to be sure.

Phil, there are a few simple math questions. The hardest one I had was one asking about what speed was a car traveling if it left such and such a time and traveled X amount of kilometres. There are some spelling questions as well as some that ask you which words should go where. Don't stress too much about it though, they really aren't that hard.

Groovy, thanks Romano. You've been very helpful, and I do appreciate it. By the way, any news in regards to what your plans are? You mentioned taking up with CT Protective Services (I think) or bylaw. Has anything come of that?

Well Phil, for the time being I am going to just stay working at my current job because I have decided to go traveling to SE Asia in September and I have to save up some money. I am going to be gone for a couple of months and when I return I will start looking for jobs like CAPS or CT protective services. Good luck with your application. Keep me posted on how it goes.

Travelling to SE Asia, eh? That sounds awesome. I've actually considered doing something like that as well, so I hope that goes well for you. Who knows, maybe you'll get some great life experiences out of it! Good luck to you in everything, and I thank you for helping me out. I'll keep you posted.
