jmays....this is the thrid or forth time I posted on this forum. I am not the "guest" as you thought I was.....he/she posted as 'guest' on this thread....that is not me. I am LGR.

I do not hate you...I don't even know you. My position on theft and applying to policing is not a personal attack on you, even though I am talking about your experience. I did base my writing on your initial post....and your experience applying to the CPD. I don't feel this is wrong, as this is a public forum and when you post your story, it is not unreasonable to expect a response...be in favorable or not. My point was to express my opinion using your post details as an example.

My post doesn't contain hate.....it contains a view on theft and the time period in relation to aplying to policing. Yes I get to the point and can be critical. People can develop their own opinions of you from your responses to these posts....I don't think I have to write it down.

I am curious...you say "perhaps" to the 'guests' last post. Are you confirming his/her opinion?

No, I'm not confirming anything. I'm just saying you all can believe whatever you want to believe. It really doesn't change anything.

First of all, I apologize to any anonymous posters out there if I said any immature or vain comments to any of you. I let my anger and my will to "make fun of you" get the better of me. I do sincerely apologize.

I reckon that the way most people view the theft is that if someone steals something, it doesn't make them a thief. If you drink a beer, does that make you an alcoholic? I don't think so. People make mistakes, and people have times of weakness. Its true with every single human being on the planet. I suppose (though I didn't ask) that the theft of a coca-cola didn't throw up any red flags. Thus, they decided to over look it. However, had I told them that I stole car stereo's, and took a coke from work every day, and took money from my parents growing up as a kid, that I may have a problem. That isn't the case, so they didn't cast that type of shadow on me. But anyway, if you want to believe that, then that's cool. I don't mind, because I don't know you and you don't know me.
