Red;
You didn't mention what your current career is. Most Boards realize that some careers are always subject to high turnover, such as computer programers. A programmer that had 8 jobs in three years, usually would not be a red flag, where other types of jobs, less than 2 years at the same one, causes some concern.
You will need to figure where you fit in, and be prepared to justify the amount of jobs held. Eg. type of job, bettering yourself, plant closings, economic conditions, etc.
Good luck. JimCMR

Red--I'm just reaffirming Jim's comments about this. It will depend, overall, what sort of circumstances come into play concerning your past employment. ;D ;D ;D Broadly speaking, a person who has had several jobs in a short period of time may be viewed as an unstable individual. You could possibly be viewed in a negative light. BUT, depending upon the job type, frequent jobs could be the norm. Most investigators know this. Since I don't know any other specifics as it relates to you, this is the best answer I can think of. If you've had several jobs, just be prepared to offer up an explanation for each job you've had and why you've left. Be honest. Good luck. Charlie
