Red--Simple. You tell the truth and nothing but the truth! ;D Most likely, the B.I. is going to find out anyways so just tell it like it is. Explain it as it happened. Not implying that you'd lie but I think anyone else in your situation would have to do the same. It might not be as bad as you make it out to be. Plus, if this was several years ago it would be a plus in your favor. And, the overall circumstances surrounding your arrest will be likely be looked at too. I'd be willing to bet the B.I. will get a copy of the report. Sounds like your case was likely a misdemeanor offense anyways. I doubt this is something that would permanently bar you from getting hired somewhere but they'll definitely look over the situation pretty closely. ;D Hope that helps in some way. 8) 8) Good luck. Don't know what state you live in but here in california, A DUI (Driving under the influence) charge is dropped to reckless only as a lower charge due to clr prior record, lower BAC( blood alcohol content),etc-= depends on the time that has passed since the violation-either way be truthful and live with your past....
