Hey, I think it's great we are getting so many newbies at this time.    

It was slow for a while, but picking up real well.

Time for some of our guests (CplMike) and others to sign on as members, it's free, and not a loss of liberties.

This Board is really getting interesting, the questions are getting better all the time.

Could not agree more ith Jim's post. Sign up. A lot of us, (Myself included  ;D), are more than willing to discuss most any issue with a lot of people out there. I don't profes to know it all, done it all or seen it all but I have been around for a little while.  

My solem pledge is I'll tell it like it is and will try and provide the best advice or, perhaps provide my best educated guess. Like I've said in the past, I only WISH there was something like this around (The internet and this web site) when I was first starting out in the profession! I'd be willing to bet Jim has similar thougts as well. 8)
