Expect questions on your past ( education ,work history, etc), what you've done to prepare yourself -basically what you'd get at any oral interview.I don't know if this is the "final' interview( sounds like it ), but expect to be questioned on the Dept.(i.e. patrol duties, officer #s,community patrolled, dept. priorities,).Know the depts "core" values or mission statement- a must for most community oriented policing goals. You can get this info. from the dept. officers prior , just let them know that you are a candidate.

Amy; CplMike covered pretty much what to expect at your interview, though I'm sure Charlie will add a bit more.
My suggestions will include what is expected of you. First, of course is to be well groomed, a business suit, if you have one, or a dark dress, pumps and hose, no wild hair styles, no nose rings or heavy make up, look professional (business professional, I mean) as opposed to the other definition.
Yes sir and no sir go a long way. No need to be nervous, this chief is most likely trying hard to recruit female officers, not to repel them, so if you do your part, we will soon be calling you "Officer Amy"
Good luck, and let us know how things go. JimCMR

Amy--It's tough to build upon what's already been said by either Cpl. Mike or Jim. They both give some great suggestions. To perhaps capitolize on a few things, I would try and find out whatever you can about the department in terms of it's history, size, traditions, values, etc. It would be goodd to walk in there and being able knowledgable about the department. Just emphasis on the "dress for success" thing. Your not there to make a fashion statement nor are you out on a date. Dress & look professional.
I'd expect you'll be asked some of the typical questions such as: * Why are you applying with our department? * Tell me about yourself. * What are you strengths and weaknesses? * Why should I hire you?
I'd try and think of some good answers to those questions before hand so it'll be easier to answer when it comes up at a later time.
Other than that, I think the bases have been pretty much covered. Good luck. Let us know how it went and perhaps a summary of what the Chief did ask you.
Best of luck.
Charlie
