I have completed all of my preemployment tests and I'am waiting for a conditional offer of employment, then comes the polygraph and psych. Question is , I have not met nor interviewed with the Sheriff himself, should I request an interview now? Or should I just wait and see what happens? My gut says take the bull by the horns and talk to the man, and my head says play by the book. Suggestions  |

Chris;
There is a set procedure for hiring, they will call you when they are ready for you. Don't try to make your own schedule, they will not let you do that, and you will look loke a pest if you try.

That was my feeling and just wasn't sure how to proceed , but I guess at this stage no news is good news. My qualifications speak for themselves and will wait for the good news!!!!!!!
I joined the group ....so I'll be back again. Thanks for the input

Received my offer of employment this past Monday !!! Looks like I should start on 4/1/2002.
