i just wanted to give a quick update in my process.  the past six months i have been training pretty hard...i dropped 40 pounds ;D.  this past weekened i passed the written and phyiscal ability portion of the testing process for a small, (20-25 officers) but excellent dept.  the next step is to wait for a letter informing of the oral board interview.  i feel this is where i can really excel.  i'll be sure to update everyone as things unfold.

Hey Junior;

Keep up the good work, you have got the 2 hardest parts out of the way.  The Oral Boards are usually passable, unless someone is a complete idiot, and I sure do not put you in that catagory.

I have written enough about the Orals, and I'm sure you have read them, so I won't repeat.
