Hey, everyone. Well, it's been about a week since I failed the test, and I've already gained back all the weight I lost. I haven't exercised at all, and my diet has been wretched.
As if that weren't bad enough, I was fired from my job today, apparently because the boss would rather have somebody else. I did nothing wrong. He had led me to believe everything was fine, then I come home today to a message on my answering machine. He just tells me not to come in on Monday. What a way to go...
Anyway, now I'll have a crappy employment record to go with my poor physical condition.

Many reasons why someone will let you go. Maybe his payroll couldn't afford you right now. I have heard a dozen stories where profitable companies have closed their doors all because off whats going on with the stock market. Theres also a difference between YOUR FIRED and don't come in on Monday. Also have you ask your former boss? I wouldn't worry as long as you haven't been fired from all your jobs I would keep up the good work on your diet and exercise because it sounds like your collecting unemployement until your hired by the PD of your dreams. Keep the faith.....Good luck

LICH, What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. Roll with the puches my man. Your weight came back, so what, the point I would remember is that you were able to get it off. When you get back on the horse it will be lost again. Hey, now that you are unemployed maybe this will give you more time to train and focus on a career in L.E. Sometimes these things happen for a reason. The fact is you just don't know yet. Keep your chin up, we are all behind you.

I took parental leave thinking I would be at depot long before it ever ran out.
Well, it ran out and I'm still not shipped off. I had to go back to work but they said they didn't want me because I was soon heading off for my new career. That leaves me unemployed with no EI benefits waiting for the call.
So you're not the only one in this boat.
