Hardest/easiest departments to get into in Colorad

Is there anyone here that can give me some advise for getting a position in Colorado? I am planning on relocating to the Denver metro area next year, and want to find a job somewhere in either in Denver, Boulder or the surrounding towns. I have a B.S. in Criminalj Justice, but no experience (I have been working in database work in law firms for the past five years and want to better serve my community!). Any suggestions/advise?

I'd recommend you do a little surfing on the net and, for example, check the Denver or Boulder area PD web sites. I would also be willing to bet that if you checked out the Denver PD web site, it will likely have links to other area agencies. A lot of agencies these days publish web sites with recruitment information. You can check out a lot of agencies from the comfort of your own home and save yourself a lot of gas money!

You know what YOU want in terms of what you're looking for when it comes to working for a department. You just simply need to do some surfing and figure out where you'd like to work.
